The Villa is located within a private housing complex with several swimming pools at your disposal to choose from.

You have a beach right in front of the villa, plus several other beaches along the promenade on walking distance from the villa.

Enjoy our beautiful garden full of beautiful varieties of plants like succulents, cactus and flowers.
PROMENADE / SEA FRONT
You can enjoy a beautiful 5 kilometers walk along the Costa Teguise sea front while encontairing beaches, restaurants, shops and calm along the way.
TOWN CENCER / PUEBLO MARINERO
Withinn 10 minutes walk you'll be in the town center and have access to all the shops.
